The staff was no where to be found shower curtain had stains all over it there was hair in the tub waited 45 min for a drink and food in the bar woke up to kids screaming down the halls and paper everywhere no one to be found at check out either wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The stay was fine. When I went to check in they did not have me down for a room. Was told by the desk clerk that going through Hotels.com that a room was not reserved in my name because there was no rooms available when I called this site. Luckily for me they just happened to have a cancellation or I would have been out of luck. I will NOT use Hotels.com ever again.
