"Hotel was ideally placed for our few days in Edinburgh. Close to rail station and situated on the Royal Mile. Ideal for a self-catering type break with many options to eat out nearby if preferred. Room (4th floor overlooking the inner quadrant) had everything we needed and was very quiet. Would recommend staying here."

"The hidden kitchen was super neat to discover and having stackable washer and dryer added a special touch. The apartments are spacious, which was nice. The only thing lacking was bedding. The cover was thin which forced me to turn the heat up. I would have preferred a heavier goose down comforter in a duvet. Also, the bed wasn’t that long so at 5’10 it was a tight fit. "

"Quite possibly one of the best stays I have ever experienced. The front desk are always available, and the staff treat you very well. Consider this place your home away from home. The rooms are very cozy and well equipped. Overall, I would give Premier Suites 10 stars if I could. Definitely my go to choice when I travel back! "

"Really enjoyed our stay, beautifully presented apartment, cosy and welcoming on a snowy day. Very comfortable beds, really well equipped. Perfect location for Waverley station. We had breakfast at the nearby Cafe Edinburgh on the High Street which we would also highly recommend."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at The Edinburgh Grand. Great location. Comfortable, well designed room. Terrific staff. Good gym. We had a snafu with the in-room washer/dryer that unfortunately didn’t drain properly. Staff was valiant in their efforts to help fix things. Had great cocktails and meal at Hawksmoor. Did not love our experience in the Lady Libertine basement space - very dark, so-so cocktails, and VERY LOUD. We had loved our dinner at Bon Vivant and had higher expectations for this...

"Ideal place to stay size wise with the family with a teenage son it meant he had his own space. Comfy beds kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Staff were really friendly. The only down side I would say is that the 3 strip clubs at the end of the road. They were not an issue just a bit awkward with kids. 5 min walk to the grass market and the rest of the city is very accessible "

"I came here with my mum who is 70 she was fine with the stairs equivalent to one flight in a house. Then there is a lift. The apartment is PERFECTLY situated for Edinburgh centre and the Christmas Market is across the road. Everything is no more than 10 min walk max! Lots of lovely shopping and a million places to eat, so hard to choose. I will absolutely go to this apartment again."

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"Very helpful staff over the duration of our stay. We arrived late at night &the emailed door codes worked with no problem, our apartments were warm with the lamps left on inside and milk in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. Apartments were spotless clean; however one of the two apartments we booked could do with being painted as the hall and living area were grubby. Otherwise, very well equipped. "Pods were clean and bathrooms were clean. Location is within Edinburgh old town so it’s quite close to many attractions such as St Giles, National Museum of Scotland and 10-15 min walk to many other sites such as Holyrood Palace and Dean Village. "
