"Our stay was excellent. We liked our room and the waterpark was lots of fun! The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, with quite a few options. The furniture in the room was worn and dirty and the pullout bed was very small and uncomfortable. With some furniture updates this hotel would be perfect! "

Booking through Expedia proved to be a bit challenging, as I initially couldn't get in touch with the hotel directly to confirm my reservation. After some internet searching, I finally found a phone number and spoke to Ashley, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite some issues with Expedia showing only one of my two booked rooms, Ashley went above and beyond to assist in resolving the matter. She was a lifesaver! Once the reservation was sorted and we arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff at the front desk were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They truly made us feel welcome. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the excellent customer service from Ashley and the front desk team made up for the initial booking challenges.
