The property was ok, rooms were very clean. What really bothered me, though, was that my booking for a quadruple was not honored. I got a much smaller triple. I complained and got switched to a slightly bigger triple. In the end I was presented with the bill for a quadruple. It took me a lot of discussion to get the difference in room rates refunded.

We are surprised by your rating because immediately after your first complaint our staff showed you two large quadruple rooms to choose from and you chose the one that most satisfied you.So you stayed in a large quadruple room (being you in three people there wasn't the fourth extra bed, which is added to the need).At the time of check out as specified by you, you have been reversed however the price difference between quadruple and triple to meet your needs.Villa Cariola has larger rooms such as suites and junior suites (up to 40sqm), we recommend you to contact us next time so we can suggest you the most suitable room for your needs.

Nice appartment in quiet surrondings
Posted 19 Oct 2018 on HotelsWe ordered a studio - but Got an upgrade for a bigger appartment - the appartment we’re Nice in a quiet Area - with Great shopping possibilities nearby. Spacius rooms and ok Living area. Luca was informativ and i Can only recommmend this place if you dont want a hotel.
