Good location only 10 min from Amalfi, only downside was the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the bedrooms and they need to maintain drains better…one shower backed up and the amount of hair they pulled out to unclog showed the lack of preventative maintenance which inconvenienced us. "The property in general is amazing. The view from the terrace is incredible. The main house with the 2 bedrooms is perfect except the bathroom. It feels old and not very clean. BUT the 3rd bathroom in a separate guest bedroom with its own bathroom is all molded. The smell is terrible. We couldn’t even enter this room and never slept in there. "We booked Namily House in February 23 for September 23. The day of booking after 3pm I receive a text advising a water issue and we were given another property totally inappropriate for 4 adults. The person sending text message was going to meet us at an agreed time and never arrived. We had to make our own way without any assistance. Very dissatisfied customer. "Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"
