"The hotel and facilities were absolutely amazing. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for every little thing. The hotel is located right in the middle of all the shopping, but far enough off the streets it was pretty quiet at night. The Persian cat that lives on the grounds was absolutely adorable and friendly. There is an elevator from the hotel that goes down to the ferry terminal. I just wished the restaurant had more protein options for breakfast instead of pastries. I highly recommend hotel Syrene for your stay in Sorrento. "

"I would consider one of the best places we ever stayed. The staff from reception, drivers, waitreses and etc.. makes you feel like a family and willing to go extra 10 miles for you. They are making your stay enjoyable, unforgettable and memorable. We only had a breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious, everything was fresh. Room was cleaned twice a day. They suggested for us a few restaurants and made reservations. Thank you guys. "
