"Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia. "Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren. Allem in allem würden wir definitiv wieder kommen - mille grazie!"
