The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub.
Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Unacceptable
Posted 20 Jul 2023 on HotelsThis property was unacceptable. First of all, it's on the bottom/basement level of an apartment building and quite difficult to access due to steep and uneven walkways. But that would be easy to look past if the space itself looked and felt even remotely as advertised. When we walked in, it smelled bad, and we soon found out why. There were fresh coffee stains on the counter, dirty dishes (old cereal) in the sink, used and wet towels in the kitchen and bathroom, and the floors were filthy. The interior was run down (damaged walls, broken moldings), and there was a large hole in a door next to the bed that presumably led to some kind of garage (the door was locked). The space was advertised as able to sleep 4, with a queen bed and a fold-out couch. There was indeed a queen bed, but the fold-out couch barely expanded to a twin size bed. The door to the outside "courtyard" had a busted lock. Needless to say, we left immediately. Hotels.com was professional and generously offered us a full refund plus a little extra for our troubles. However, I wanted to leave a review in case they don't take down this property. A warning to all: DO NOT RESERVE THIS SPACE.

Good location, comfort and cleanliness poor
Posted 10 Mar 2023 on HotelsPositives: The apartment is well located in the vibrant Capitol Hill area with many excellent restaurants and good access to Downtown, grocery store and the Seattle Centre via public transport.
The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. WiFi and TV were good.
Negatives: Check-in was awful. I had not been sent the access codes. It took 2 phone calls, various messages and 45 minutes to get in.
The apartment was not very clean. The oven was filthy! It took 3 days messaging with 3 different agents for housekeeping to come and clean it. The venetian blinds were broken and very dirty.
The hot-air heating was noisy and ineffective as the building is very poorly insulated. There was no heating at all in the bathroom.
The shower pressure was barely more than a trickle
The sofa in the lounge area was so uncomfortable that we had to use pillows and a duvet to sit on.
Access to the apartment is via an external and internal staircase which was difficult with luggage and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
This is the second time we have stayed in an apartment managed by Hosteeva. On both occasions we have had maintenance and communication issues. We would not stay with them again.

The best stay ever!

Decent place in a nice area, parking is a challenge so better to use public transit, easy access to food/grocery options.

I had trouble getting into the condo because the code I was given to the room did not initially worked. It was corrected after I called but this happened two more times. I disliked that because after traveling all day, I was tired and just wanted to relax. Secondly, the residents in the room above were constantly moving and the floor was noisy and disturbing. Overall, my biggest issue was the parking. There was no parking anywhere close to the condo. Sometimes I parked four or five blocks away and it was always raining. I think Hosteeva should have stated that parking was difficult to find in the surrounding areas.
