"I was told to look for a BUS with name of hotel on windshield. After waiting and stressing out if I was in the correct spot , I called the hotel to ask where the shuttle bus was. They said I had to find a PERSON holding a SIGN with the hotel name. Really??? Why not tell me this before I called ? ..."
