"Unique facility. Had the feel of an ABNB with small kitchen resources. Very informal feel and environment as they provided many outside activity (bike, pool, coolers, etc.) which was perfect for being close to the water. Parking was available for residents; however, vehicle size could impact where you could park. Room exactly as described. Quiet. No construction going on during our stay.
