Sad to see..

Dear James, we are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We have improved the guesthouse both with upgraded rooms and service since the new ownership. You booked a standard room however your preferred luxury room 14 was unavailable for that night and we tried our best to accommodate you showing you the choices available. Good value for money
Posted 7 Mar 2020 on HotelsWe had a fabulous stay. Staff were very friendly. We just found the bed a bit tired and the shower needed a good mildew scrub. Breakfast was excellent.
