From the environment to the professionalism of the staff, I have to tip my To the amazing experience we had over there at Silver Forest! Would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times!

I am not sure which stay this is referring to ? The Only James we have we unfortunately had to cancel due to a burst Geyser and the suite becoming unavailable? If so this clients didn't actually stay at our hotel and is not qualified to make a review

Not adequate for Business Stay.
Posted 4 Feb 2022 on HotelsNot recommended for business stay. Kitchen and reception closes early. Breakfast start only at 9am and no option for anything ealirer. No backup generator during power outages, so no wifi/lights/coffee during loadshedding. No reception for early morning departures. Should be nice for recreational stay though.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
Firstly, I would like to apologize for your lackluster experience as we truly aim to please.
The kitchen closes for last orders at 20h30 and should we know beforehand, then chef is happy to prepare something. We are a boutique hotel and we have staff on duty 7am to close (which is when the last table leaves) at night. I was informed that you were offered a breakfast tray to be taken to your room the night before and placed in your room refrigerator as breakfast commences at 08h30 and you declined this.
We do not have a generator yet as we are awaiting finalization on this in order to get a system that will work for the entire property. I apologize regarding this. We have lamps in the rooms which are always charged so that guests can make use of this when it is dark and load shedding occurs.
We would like to invite you to come and experience our warm hospitality in the future and so that we can be given another chance to show our true worth.
