The property was very nice and quiet the staff was very professional and accommodating. I will stay there again when I visit South Africa.

The staff is amazing. Lorenzo and his team were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel provides a unique and exceptional vantage scenic point and view of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The view is spectacular!
From the reception area, to the kitchen staff, and bar , housekeeping at every touch point and interaction the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this property it is also centrally located without the busyness of the water front.

The kettle was broken - could not open the lit.
When we depart we were told that an amount is still owing although the full bill were paid online.

Everything was on point but they should put fridge in the rooms
But all in all it's a good place and good worker's like Thunyiwe, she is a hard working woman
