Very courteous and welcoming staff. Convenient location near the promenade. Convenient and comfortable room.

We had an issue with the WiFi not connecting but once we reported issue it was sorted out in less than 10 mins. Very friendly staff.

Mostly, I liked all the staff, they were very helpful and courteous. What I did not like was the limited TV viewing options. Example, SkyNews was the only international news. Please consider adding CNN and BBC as well as CNBC for business news.

The room does not have a fridge. I was told I have to upgrade for that. It is asuch a beautiful place and area not to have a fridge in the room does not make sense
