Comfortable stay and great staff

Booked this hotel at last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and had everything you would expect. Excellent customer service and a breakfast you don't want to miss. The location is perfect for exploring Cape Town and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I would stay there again.

Felt at home

I stayed well and felt at home. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything I was asking for and looking forward to stay here again on my next trip to Cape Town

Staff very friendly and place clean. BUT A/C is old and very noisy while windows can’t be opened. Pillows too thick and hard. Consequently : not much sleep
