Damage my rental car

Hi Fernando - I am disappointed to read your review, especially considering that you left your room in the most shocking condition after you left our property. The damage to the rear lense on your rental car as you reversed out of the driveway was unfortunate but at the time you indicated that it was not a problem to repair.

I did not have access to the guest house. Called and rang the bell and had nowhere to go after making a late booking. Trying to get my refund

Hi Sifiso. I would like to put the record straight.First of all you booked with us at 23h50. You then arrived at our guest house just after midnight, literally 15mins after making your booking. I saw the footage on our security camera the following morning.In terms of our own security and that of our guests staying here, I would not be prepared to let anyone on to the property under these circumstances.I will absolutely arrange your refund on Monday morning.

Posted 18 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe proprietors are most welcoming, and no doubt receive a lot of repeat custom as a result. The place is beautiful, and it's setting and location are stunning. The bedrooms are thoughtfully provided for, and tastefully decorated. I will definitely be heading back here when next in Cape Town.

Stunning property. Some of the rooms are designed like private cottages and have their own separate entrances. Although in a guest house, this gives a more private feel. It is very tastefully decorated. The property owners are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. If ever in Cape Town again, this is where I will be staying.

Le stanze sono pulite e ben arredate. La casa complessivamente accogliente. Personale disponibile e simpatico anche per colazione fuori orario la mattina presto. La zona non sembra particolarmente sicura. Peccato per gli asciugamani veramente "datati" .

I wish to correct this statement and say that Newlands is in fact a VERY safe area and we have never had any incidents here of any sort, including our guests walking to nearby restaurants at night etc.Kind regards,Sarah
