Able to experience the old, 125 yr old Nellie, and the new of Cape Town in our 4 day stay…Service friendly and very efficient.

Seth (bartender) was always so pleasant, knowledgeable & overall a wonderful individual. Drinks were fabulous!!I would also have to mention one of the guys out front “Courage”. Always a friendly smile and a word of how my day was, where I had been & did I enjoy it. In retrospect all employees were outstanding. Piano player is fabulous!!

So beautiful!!! Everyone here was amazing!!! Went beyond expectations!!! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nellie and wish we could have stayed even longer! The property was immaculate and beautiful and the staff always personable - exceeding expectation. We felt pampered and special. Looking forward to our next visit! Special thanks to Adam Herbert, guest experience manager, for his attention and insights into Cape Town and South Africa at large.
