On our way to Melissa's we were informed that the location changed as the advertised holiday location was no longer in use. We were directed to another location in Strand that did not have a garden/swimming pool or any view. It looked like a half way completed flat with small living quarters. When we said we are unhappy, or and my family was asked to wait while an alternative arrangement was made. After 30minutes we've decided to seek other accommodation and requested our money back. For which the owner of Melissa's replied that a 'virtual card' was used to make the booking. I paid the full amount for our stay well in advance and I am extremely unhappy with the service.

After email confirmation of booking when i phoned the morning just to confirm I was told room was not available.I was then offered a more expensive room got ther I did like the room. The bedroom door was too close to excess and entrance went to go for something else luckly found place last minute in Strand.Think view of mountain's also misleading.
