Amazing Stellenbosch Value!

Apology for the double charge. We certainly do not do that with our staff and all issues are resolved promptly with our service providers.
On the coffee, it is important to us to. Let me see what we can do at housekeeping to improve.

Huge Misrepresentation!

We made a reservation with Magnoliaplace guesthouse, where we have stayed before.
Although we received confirmation for staying in the Magnolia Place guesthouse, with picture confirming, we were told on arrival, that we had to drive to the block behind the guest house to stay in the 'Annex'.
Not at all what we expectednor paid for. Sub-standard compared to Magnolia in various regards.
Why not just tell us when we make the booking?
All we could get out them, is a mere "very much sorry".
So, from my side as well, very much sorry! I hope my post help other people to make sure beforehand that they will get what they thought would.

Disappointed
Posted 28 Mar 2018 on HotelsI booked at Magnolia Place but was escorted to another place. Old woman were sitting smoking on the stoep and everthing smell like smoke. Overall it looked like an old place with old furniture and decor. The tv has a glare and cannot be adjusted.
