The lodge is as pretty and comfortable as one could ask for. Every detail from the vineyards, room, breakfast and common areas. Ezna made sure we used our day wisely with incredible suggestions. Thanks to everyone for the magnificent stay.

Wonderful stay
Posted 8 Mar 2020 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay at Klein Waterval Riverside! Very friendly and helpful staff. The service was outstanding! They helped us with booking taxi and restaurants for the whole stay.
We loved the rooms, the breakfast, the service and the pool!

Nice, but not worth the price
Posted 4 Dec 2019 on HotelsWe stayed one night, in high season. The room was small, but fine. The bathroom was tiny; it was so small, we had to turn sideways to pass between the shower and the vanity (and we're skinny!).
The manager was outstanding, and very customer-focused. The breakfast was fine. It was very nice to sit by a small stream while we ate breakfast.
My biggest issue is value. I just didn't see any reason why the price was so high (around R 3200 per night). To me, given the location, and the setting, the price was at least 50% higher than it should be.

Lovely location with mountains and vineyards Really friendly staff- nothing was too much trouble
Room was beautiful too- shower head a bit feeble but just a gripe
