It is old and dangerous so give it a miss

Absolutely awful. There was no gangplank to get onto yacht so had to jump at least 3 feet to get on. To get to our so called Presidental Suite, we had to go down some very steep stairs. It is a health hazard especially if you are elderly or are infirm. You have to carry your own luggage down these steep stairs.The room was musty and old, floors boards uneven and no curtains at all, just port holes. The description on hotels.com is wrong. No iron board and iron, no blackout curtains, no breakfast served on board. For breakfast, you would be taken to a restaurant where you are given amount of money to spend on breakfast which equates to £7.00 each person. Any more you must pay for yourself. It is a tired, old and musty boat, it certainly is not luxury. You must pay upfront so you do not pay at the property. Furniture and carpets need renovation. Infact, it is a danger zone. If they have a function, there is no quiet area for you and to get to the so called sun deck, you have to climb an unsteady ladder. How they can charge £255 a night, I do not know. Absolute rip off. Infact, it was so bad, we moved out after an hour. It should be stated on the website about the dangers but unfortunatelty you only find out when you get there. We tried to contact Steve,the owner to inform him of our decision to leave but he never replied. Absolutely awful.

Dreadful

We had been so looking forward to what was described on your website as a luxury yacht. Luxury it certainly was not! Access on and off the boat was nothing short of dangerous and would breach Health & Safety in UK. Twin bedroom was very small, smelled musty and was not air conditioned. Fortunately weather was not hot or sleep would have been impossible. Shower did not drain properly. Standing in inches of water each time one showered. Toilet became blocked. No facilities at all on board. Breakfast was at nearby restaurant and didn't start serving until 9.15 - 9.30. Would have been expensive at half the price. Only pluses were staff who could not do enough for you and location.

Awesome boat, less awesome hotel.

I really loved our stay on the boat, but it is not quite as luxurious as we expected. The boat is old and a little tired, with lots of little maintenance tasks to be done. The biggest issue is to get on and off the boat at different states of the tide. My wife has an old shoulder injury and having to climb on and off the boat was a deterrent. Service was awesome and made up for a lot! :)

Best location. Wonderful experience with friends. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with regards to breakfast arrangements and ended up paying for the breakfast although included in the standard rate for the room.

This was an unfortunate misunderstanding as the guests went to the incorrect restaurant to have breakfast. Arrangements for breakfast have been prearranged at a restaurant adjacent to the yacht, and guest are informed about this obviously. The guests however went to a restaurant of their choosing and not the pre arranged restaurant. This was a a misunderstanding and when the situation was brought to my attention I contacted the guest, apologised and offered to pay for the breakfast. It appeared that they were satisfied with this gesture at the time. The post today however is indicative that this was obviously not sufficient an apology and offer.

It is a neat old boat and the owner and staff were awesome but it is in need of some repairs and our room smelled musty. The Wifi did not work most of the time. I really think a fresh coat of varnish would do wonders. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Also a note - to settle your bill they only take cash.
