Posted 21 Nov 2023 on HotelsIan is the perfect host, casual, uncomplicated, and always up for a friendly chat. My unit was very spaceous, clean and with a great view from Muizenberg to Century City. The location is very quiet and private. Secured by a gate and Ian's two guard dogs (not dangerous ;-) )

Very spacious self-catering units, fabulous views and very spacious outside space for gathering. Unit was cleaned every day, staff very friendly and is present for any queries that you may have. Very close to local amenities, and under 5 mins drive from a fabulous wine farm, beautiful walks very close by (Constantia Neck), a lot to explore in the area. The only negative is the limited parking space.

glass window in the shower did not like no cover

Pros: Scenery is amazing property was well presented and clean and tidy
Cons: Tthe weather which is out of their control
Location: A good point to view various locations not too far to see the best attractions
The place is amazing the scenery is wonderful but the shower has a full glass window which has no cover blind curtain etc which means customers above our chalet could see straight in full view of anyone who happened to be in there which is not on. Someone who was staying with me also mentioned that they had items missing from their toiletries bag make up and perfume

Hi, Karen. First, thank you very much for staying with us at Constantia Vista. It was a pleasure to have met you all and have you as guests. I am not sure if you knew the the glass you mentioned ,is, "One Way Glass". My staff have been with me for over 18 years and this is the "1st time", anybody has mentioned any "missing items" let alone make up and perfume This, besides one time when a guest mentioned that a pair of jeans was ,'missing'. We found the jeans in the washing machine of the unit the guest was staying,in I wish you had mentioned this to me, at the time . If you had, my staff and I would helped you, look for it,then.
