Great location - very close to CTICC for conferences and the Waterfront for dining, entertainment and shopping options. Their restaurant also had a variety of delicious meal options. Staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. They did have a little roach infestation issue though - not severe- but they should really look into that before it gets out of hand. Despite that, I'd stay again.

Very big Family Room

The family room was very big with 2 separate bedrooms- one bathroom por both room ( which needs a renovation asap). Except for the bathroom, we really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was nice like colonial style but needs a refurbishment. Staff were friendly an helpful.

I had to deal with a cockroach which was awful . Guest Relations Msnager was defensive when I brought it to his attention saying that it was not unusual for this with rooms that have a balcony. He also side that other hotels had same problem. I told him to take on board my complaint and to address the problem
