I chose this property for the microwave, stove top, refrigerator, kitchen sink. I was aware there was no air condition. Unfortunately I was not prepared for how hot Cape Town gets in March. They provided a fan, which helped a bit but still, I would not stay here again due to the lack of air condition.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Its a pity that you did not upgrade to one of our executive rooms on the 10th floor which has air-conditioning. Please book again and come experience our executive rooms which has full DSTV , air-conditioning and queen size beds.

The staff were all super friendly and the unit was clean and well maintained. The picture and the actual unit were miles apart. The unit was unbearably hot that it was unpleasant to be inside.

The check in was quick and professional, I also got help with my luggage to the room. The room though very small with a single bed looked fairly clean and tidy. What bothered me especially on the first night was the air and noise coming from a not properly closing window. The staff were friendly especially the reception staff.
