"This hotel also has long term guests because it is awesome. The owner / manager is always trying extra miles to help every guest, treat them like a family. My late checking in, my transport and my last day checking out has never been so looked after. The value is far beyond what’s been paid for. "I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. "Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....
