When we arrived we were in a very unfriendly way told that our reservation has been cancelled and we in the middle of the nigth had to find another hotel. Hope we will get the money back, that was prepaid by credit card.

Our policy stated that if you don’t check in before 5pm you must contact our front desk to hold your reservation.
We hope we can correct the issue and provide a better experience in the future.
