"This villa is home away from home! I absolutely adored everything about it, the rooms are really large and renovated, it comes fully equipped with kitchen, utensils, and pots and pans, and the view never gets old. The rooms come with air conditioning as well. The hotel manager, Andrea, is very nice and sweet and super helpful. It is only a 10 minute walk to Monaco. This villa was so peaceful and cozy. "This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. "The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. "I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"Very convenient hotel for the airport at Terminal 1; it only takes 5 mins to walk between the two. We arrived very late in the evening and the lady on reception was lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is a basic buffet, but with a good selection. This is our second time of staying here and we would plan to do so again. It is also only an easy 5 minute walk to Gare St Augustin, which makes it very convenient to access the trains travelling along the coast. "

"We loved our stay here! The view was amazing and the staff were lovely. The bed was super comfortable. When I booked I assumed the photo of the view had been manipulated but it NO it actually is like that in person! So amazing to sit with your doors open, looking over the French Riveria. We would definitely go back. "
