Sanctuary Cap Cana was amazing. Joan took great care of us in the castle and came and checked on us daily no matter where we were on the resort. The food was amazing, and the service all over was great. There was an abundance of food options, and we were able to find a spot wherever we went without issues of overcrowding. If you are going to Punta Cana, this is the place to stay. Only downside was the waterfall in the castle was being worked on and we had a minor issue with the water not getting very hot in our room, but I’d still give it a 5/5 rating even with those small issues.

Awesome! All of the staff was great and professional. The female at the disco was the only staff member who was not the best. She aggressively looked at me after I went to the DJ to write a song to play. Everybody else was excellent, and they all made our stay the best! Thank You!

Sanctuary exceeded my expectations. It is much nicer than the pics imo. The property was beautifully landscaped, interiors are gorgeous and clean, staff was great. The food was good— the Wok Asian restaurant was the best we ate at, surprisingly good food and the nicest ambiance. The buffet was our favorite breakfast and lunch option. Tons of options and all pretty well prepared. The staff were the friendliest here also. The grounds are full of great spots to sit and look at the ocean or the beautiful terraced property itself. Pools are great, and the beach is much better than it appears in these pics. It’s not huge but it’s big enough and the water is that beautiful Caribbean blue. I would highly recommend this place if you’re considering it
