We stayed during a storm when our house had lost power. The hotel was busy with lots of people who were also affected by the storm. Staff members were very helpful and friendly considering all the circumstances!

Staff were very friendly and provided extra blankets and pillows when we asked for them. There were dogs in rooms beside us but could not hear them once we were in our room. Cons were this is an older place and definately needs new mattresses. Ours were stained and pretty worn out. Refridgerator did not work and freezer was only half working. Took all night to freeze a tray of ice.

People were very nice. Private. With the pets being allowed, smells are expected but could be handled better.

Not a hotel, more like low rent apartments. looked nothing like the photos.

The pine wood theme felt like one was in a mountain cabin. It felt like vacation.

I had booked with breakfast but it was not provided and staff didn’t consider any alternative or offering refund even when we were with 2 small kids. We had to go out in morning for breakfast.
