"This is a beautiful recently renovated property. The staff is excellent across the board. Very friendly and professional. My only issue is that a comment that was made to us (twice) that was snarky was with regards to "booking through a 3rd party" and made us feel like we were low budget when we actually paid the same rate that they listed on their website. We booked through Expedia to be efficient - not to save money."

"I had a phenomenal stay at the Tideline! My partner and I had to book a last-minute accommodation as another nearby hotel canceled our reservation. Tideline stepped up and accommodated us right away, making sure we had everything we needed after a long day of travel down the east coast. The manager was wonderful in making sure we were comfortable, felt welcomed, and able to enjoy our time in Palm Beach in spite of the unexpected problem/cancelation at our previous hotel. The staff seemed to really take pride in knowing the guests and ensuring everyone's needs and names were known. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed drinks outside in the cabana before taking a walk out onto the beach via their private beach access. Everything was pristine and the service we received was full of care. Thank you, Tideline, for accommodating our last-minute reservation needs and providing a top-notch experience! I'll definitely be back for a longer stay...and another great visit to your spa!"
