Staff were very friendly and check-in/out was smooth.
Beds were a bit small for two people (doubles) but clean and comfortable and we had a good nights sleep.
The shower is an over-bath type but is powerful and you get a great shower.
Although the rooms are large, they are very dated and showing their age. If they were to be given a makeover they would be excellent rooms.
The bar are is welcoming and the food looked really good.

The staff are fantastic! Lots of parking great restaurant and facilitirs. A really lovely stay!

It was very noisy Saturday night there was a party so loud music banging until midnight. The room was very tired and the staircase leading to the function room and rooms.

Nice hotel very close to canvey beach. Only issue was lighting very bad in room and two lights didn’t work.
