I walked into the room of a queen suite. The bed was made, but the covers were dirty and very wrinkle like someone had laid in them and just pulled the covers up. I took the dirty covers to the front desk because he did not believe me when I said they were dirty the first time. He took the covers and gave us just a sheet to lay on. Now I normally would have left, but the hotel across the street Holiday Inn took my money because I left from there due to mold, so I was limited on money. We stayed and laid on the sheet that was rolled up not folded. The next morning we received a knock on the door from housekeeping (HK)handing me the same dirty cover I took downstairs the night before (I knew it was the same cover due to the red stains on it like juice or something). I informed HK that I didnt want it because it was dirty. Believe me when I say he went to the room across the hall from me that he was needing to clean and handed me the cover off that bed because it didnt have stains on it. I couldnt believe my eyes. I told him why would I want another dirty cover HK stated they do not wash everyday. I informed the owner and he became upset with me. As I was talking to the owner of the hotel the HK came down stairs with clean linen in a basket with a dirty dusty tv on top of them making them dirty. The worst experience the worst $280 I have ever spent

The sheets on the bed had smoke hold in them not enough towels and i ask the guy who said he was the owner why are he giving people room with burned hold in sheets he said that other guest did that so why would u give rooms like that
