My only negative was my room was slightly chilly but apart from that everything else was fine excellent breakfast as well

It is in a perfect location and in walking distance to the town centre. We loved the quirkiness of the hotel and the room was perfect

Everybody at the Falstaff was fantastic. Welcoming, professional, and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely old hotel near the station and centre of Canterbury. There are more comfortable places to stay, remember to duck your head in the shower. But that’s why it is so unique. Will definitely stay next time.

Really beautiful property, well appointed bathrooms, beautifully decorated rooms, very very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts, nice bar. Right across the street from the main drag of Canterbury. Half a block from train and bus. I had a car, and it cost me nearly £100 for the 4 days I had to park my car--it's a shame guests can't park for free or at least at a reduced rate. It's my only complaint.

Friendly staff and good location for getting around Canterbury.
Spent money on a superior room but wasn’t worth it. Compared to price point on other hotels I have stayed room was average and a bit dated for the money spent.
Unless you’re going to spend money on most expensive room I would just go with standard double.
It’s safe, clean and has a nice bar. If your in Canterbury then it’s a good choice
But it’s not the boutique hotel I was expecting and would not spend that amount of money to stay there again.
