The breakfast is freshly cooked and there is a good choice on the menu but only one item can be chosen. There is not an option for cereals, pastries and toast with jam and marmalade. The pub is undergoing a refurbishment but this did not interfere with our stay as it has started on the outside of the building. The location is great, with a car park across the road, and is in easy walking...

Becket Court is a student hall of residence on the campus of the University of Kent in Canterbury that offers bed and breakfast accommodation during the summer vacation. "Amazing property with wonderful hosts. Such a beautiful house and lovely big sized rooms and bathroom. The property is kept to a very high standard both inside and outside. The rooms are decorated to a really high quality and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts are so friendly and make the stay even more enjoyable. Parking is easy and lots of it. The cooked and non cooked options at breakfast were absolutely delicious. Great place and highly recommend staying here. "
