This is a very nice hotel well located in the heart of High street and an easy walk to the Cathedral. The daily breakfast buffet is very nice and well staffed.

Position is convenient for exploring Canterbury, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was alright, usual fare, cereals, fruit, toast etc, cooked food also on offer which can be a bit dried out.

We liked the whole hotel, it was very quiet.
The only things we were not over happy with was that i could not find out how to turn off the extractor in the bathroom.
The coffee machines do need a clean and one was noisy, and one seemed to pour out water after the coffee and not milk as required.
