Didn't try to add extra money like the last motel I booked. So I will be coming here now on

On August 23rd 2024, my boyfriend and I were driving back to Colorado from Arkansas. We booked a room with them for one night. We arrived at 1am and when we got there, there was a sign on the door saying they closed at midnight. But no information was provided online. When I reached out for a refund they flat out lied and said they were open. How are you open if the lights are off and doors are locked and a sign said you were closed??? So I paid for a room I never even checked into. Makes me sick. Liars.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful,polite and efficient. Grounds were mostly free of dog poop. We enjoyed our stay.
