It is just a fancy hostel. No hot water in our 2 rooms. Other rooms have suicide showers. Not one staff member spoke any english. Rooms extremely small. Never did see grills or gardens. Road to get there is all rocks and not within walking distance to town. Would not stay there again or recommend it. Other hotels are not that much more expensive and have a pool and/or breakfast included.

In your case, the room that you reserve is a standard room, if we have more spacious rooms but with a different amount. Our rooms have some hot water or shower and other rooms were shown to change you and in your case you do not want to spend a room to shower. As for breakfast this same is not contemplated in the price. This same have an additional cost which is specified in the place where you book. and in your case WELL DESIGNED BY THE LETTERS AND IN THE PLACE WHERE YOU RESERVE THAT SMOKING IS PROHIVED AND IN YOUR CASE I SMOKING BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE PLACE, THAT HAS A FINE FROM THE HOTEL BUT IN OUR CASE WE DESIDED NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR RECOMMEND THAT OF THE ROOM WITHOUT SHOWER. We hope to continue being your choice and thank you very much for the comments

Buena atención de parte de la recepcionista, nos ayudó para solicitar taxi y comida. No me gustó la ducha ya que no bajaba el agua y la funda de la almohada estaba rota.

Hotel Osli del Norte pésimo servicio

Ofrecen y cobran por servicios que al final no dan. Me entregan la habitación con termiducha mala, reporto a las 8 am, les recuerdo a la 1 pm y a las 7 pm como solución me ofrece devolver el dinero de la segunda noche para que a esa hora, mis 3 hijos y yo, busquemos dónde alojarnos. Qué falta de todo de parte de Osvaldo! Desconoce lo que es servicio al cliente. Aparte que me iba a cobrar doble pues ya hoteles.com me lo había rebajado de mi cuenta

Agradable estancia

Al principio no estaba tan a gusto, no tenia papel higiénicos y solo un paño en la habitación. Pero nos resolvieron muy rápido. Nos atendieron bien. Hay un bar 24/7 que es un exito si quieres tomarte algo.pero nl.eres de la zona. El trato fue agradable. Me permitieron dejar el carro en el parqueo aun despues de hacer el check out.
