"This property is absolutely gorgeous!! The building, the decor, the area are all stunning. And the apartment is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. I went during low season and it was tranquil and relaxing. The beach is one of the longest stretches I've ever been on, and the wildlife and scenery are breathtaking. Gustavo, Hamill, and Julio were all extremely accommodating and super helpful! Gustavo even arranged all my transportation to and from the airport. They were very quick to get me whatever I needed and went over and above by actually escorting me to the market to get some provisions. The hot tub was next level and I used it almost every day. The grounds are beautiful with blossoming flowers and trees and the wall to wall windows in the space made me feel like I was living outdoors. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again! It was heaven with style and luxury and all the help I needed as a solo traveler. "

"El Samay Hotel Botique was the perfect getaway for our family. This is an extremely well-maintained property, right on the beach. The staff were wonderful, especially Percy. Since there are currently only 4 units, the staff are able to provide attentive service to everyone. I noticed that the beach in front of the property was carefully raked each morning. The area surrounding the property (Punta Sal) is safe to walk around, as is Cancas Beach and Máncora. We went on a whale watching tour, which included freshly prepared ceviche and was capped off by swimming with sea turtles. I would not hesitate to recommend El Samay to anyone."

Romantic Off The Grid Location W/Great Staff

"Laura, Pedro, Exo and the entire Baja Canoas staff made our 2 week stay at the hotel celebrating both my honeymoon and birthday amazing! The service they provided to make us feel special was phenomenal. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect this is it. My only two critiques are that it would be great if the hotel offered a on hand shuttle service/on site driver for when guests wanted to go into town. Getting to neighboring towns for shopping on or nightlife can be a bit difficult. Second it would have been great if food offered by the hotel was consitent, some dishes where stellar but other dishes were less than desirable. For the hotel resturant to be your most convient food option it would be great if all the sdishes where great so we didn't have to end eating the same thing every day. All in all, the hotel was amazingly clean, the staff was the best, and the owner was very kind. Would come back again every year"
