This building is bedrooms with a single receptionist. No amenities, bar or breakfast room. A bedroom delivery breakfast service was €20 for pastries and 1 coffee (no cappuccino option). Incredibly expensive. Probably bussed in from outside. How has it got 4 stars without any services???? Nowhere on the listings does it state there is no bar, dining or other common rooms. I’m astonished and would not have booked at £400 !!!! per night for just a bedroom. Aircon very sluggish at 19 degrees unchangeable. Towels for only one person. Coffee machine capsules given out by begging the lady sitting at the desk one at a time. I am completely disappointed and can’t believe it has 4 stars??? For what. Someone please inform me.

The staff were very disorganized. They first gave me a room and when I opened the door, there someone already staying in there. They seemed unbothered by this and then after waiting another 30 mins, they gave me another room but with the wrong bed type. I had booked a room with a queen bed and I they give me a room with two single beds. They seemed completely flustered and disorganized and had no proper management.
