Loved this hotel ! It was perfect for our stay in Canmore !!! Wish I would have booked the whole week there but three days was great

A very pleasant stay, suite was nice. Hot tub was a plus at the end of a long day

This was a quaint little spot. Expedia had an amazing deal and my friends and I enjoyed the view from this little chateau along with their amenities.
My friends loved the complimentary coffee machine and downtown is walkable distance.
The staff were helpful.
The only thing we werent able to figure out was how to connect the TVs to our laptops using an hdmi and the staff was not able to help us either. We werent comfortable adding our information to the networks direcrly so we resorted to free cable channels.
Another thing we noticed was when requesting a cleaning service for the room, vacuuming was not something that was part of it and although sheets are changed, the comforter wasnt.
Regardless, it was a lovely week off and we felt safe.

Needing to get away for a few days, my husband & I booked a room with a separate living area to give us some space to relax. The bed was very comfortable, which is always a big deal for us. The room was clean & we weren't bothered by the train driving by. Although it's small, we enjoyed sitting in the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the only disappointment was the seating in the room. The sofa was in terrible condition & hurt my back within minutes of sitting on it. I headed for the chair instead, but they were the most uncomfortable chairs we've ever sat in. I settled with the office chair at the desk, which wasn't great for relaxing or cuddling with my husband, but at least it was comfortable. With a furniture update, this would be an amazing suite.
