Closed the hot tub before time posted. So disappointing on our last night. Ice availability would be great. Did not use or like the nespresso machine. Heat and AC were noisy.

There was a dog next door open the door and barked early in the morning around 6 am

Great location in Canmore. Beautiful views. Empty hot tub right next to the river!

Absolutely loved our room. Best views out every window. However the male front desk staff was less that helpful or kind. The ladies in the attached coffee shop were more help than the front deck guy

Stayed at room 27 and it was newly renovated. It was clean
