"Very nice, but the night before we were to arrive we were told the swimming pool was not functioning. Bearing in mind the one day was in the mid thirties, this was disappointing. Our room had an artisan working all day, on both sides of us. One night I had to ask him to stop hammering on our walls at 8 o' clock at night. The hotel staff and very nice and considerate. management need to up their game."

"This is a beautiful property and the room was amazing. It felt super safe and we had no complaints with the venue. We did find that the staff weren’t as personable as some of the other places we stayed during our trip, but they were still helpful and polite.
