the staff are so friendly and helpful. customer service is excrellant. rooms are huge, bath tub, pool is amazing, food is great. everything is great here.

The property is nice with clean pool and pool beds. The front desk staff Melly is really friendly and helpful. She went to my room to help me with the pictures for floating breakfast so patiently!

The location was a perfect hub to be able to get to the different activities that we wanted to do. The many perks we received were awesome. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning but other than that, the hotel was amazing and worth it.

Everything about Shore Amora was amazing. The service, the room and the facilities were top notch. We had a wonderful three nights here and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you to Kesuma, Melly, Putu and Risky and all at Shore for our stay.
