I booked this accommodation for my dad. It turned out to be average, contrary to the pictures shown on Expedia.
Staff has been alright however when my dad was trying to catch a taxi, they told him to walk away from the hotel if he isn’t willing to book a taxi they called. This unacceptable behaviour from hospitality staff.

Cool design, nice decor, good staff, great location.
Except: you must get a room at the back. We had the poolside. The band over the road is very loud every night until after 11pm.

This hotel was so much better than we expected. Every room was space and the beds were the most lux and comfy. The area was quieter than most in Canggu area but had everything you need. The markets across the road and down towards the beach were good. Highly recommend.

What a great place to stay!
Started really well; after a 2 hour luggage delay at the airport my driver from the hotel was still patiently waiting outside 👍👏
There was a warm welcome from Sri when l arrived (approx 2.00 am).
I've stayed in various places in India, Sri Lanka & Bali but this was one of the best rooms l've had and it was cleaned each day with regular bedding changes.
The shower room was spotless & cleaned every day. The shower itself was excellent.
The outside areas were kept clean & tidy.
The reception area was bright & clean with cheerful helpful staff. (I didn't use the on-site bar/cafe but there seemed to be lots of folk who did).
It's less than 5 minutes stroll to the beach, there are lots of bars around (one across the road has live music that stops promptly at 11.00 pm) and some great options for food.
Overall very impressed and would happily stay again. Thanks to all the staff there (inc. Security) who do a great job. Chris B.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is so kind. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and beach clubs as well. It is really money worth. I hardly recommend it. The room is comfortable and the air conditioning is great.

Though the property is a little tired, overall it was a wonderful stay in a great area. I would recommend as it’s close to restaurants and the beach.
The pool area is clean tidy and refreshing.
