Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel my booking, no refund, no responsables.

Dear Valuable Guest, Thank you for your great feedback, base on the room booking that you request is Budget Double Room which is located in a side of our main building, that"s way we localized you at this type of room. All room have an access to the pool for free. also internet.
On the main building is Deluxe Double Room and Deluxe Twin Room which is our highest category.
If the guest wish to have better room we will up graded to that room

A budget gem surrounded by terraces rice fields
Posted 29 Aug 2018 on HotelsThe North Wing Canggu is a beautifully located budget hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Surrounded by rice terraces, it was refreshing to be able to enjoy the beauty of those fields.
