I have mixed views on this property. Location was fantastic so couldn't fault it. My balcony faced a building site which they did not notify me about as I checked late in the night. Subsequently, the balcony was full of dust. Breakfast wasn't included in my package.

The staff was so so slow and unresponsive. Honestly not worth the money. Our room wasnt even prepared when we checkedin

Overall very good, staff were very attentive. Pool out of use for last week of stay and we were moved from room due to air conditioning fault. Which caused a mix up with our bill on checking out. Would return next time.

Totally misrepresented in photos. Rude staff

Photos misrepresented property, particularly the pool! Staff were obnoxious and treated us with contempt when we had to check out early due to illness. They showed no regard to the fact we had a flight to catch and slow timed our checkout process, one member of staff even smirked at us twice during the process. They don’t use pillow protectors on the pillows which is disgusting. Dining area was not clean at breakfast time.
