My husband and I went here for our 15 year anniversary and we absolutely loved it. The staff is very helpful and friendly the view is amazing. Its safe outside you can walk about 20 minute and there bars and little shops to go to. The buffet wasnt the best but they do have restaurants on site that are really good. We love the italian place and the hibachi. We are definitely going to come back next year with our family and friends.

This is our third time in Cancun and first time staying here. We had an amazing 10 days at this resort. The food was pretty good with several options to choose from. The staff was amazing . Special shout out to Juventino at the rooftop bar who always made the best drinks and took great care of us . Also to Fermin for making the best omlettes and having such a bright and positive attitude. To Fanny everyday at the adult pool taking such great care of us with an amazing attitude and Xitlali in the coffee shop with the best attitude handling multiple people so gracefully . We thank you so much for taking such great care of us . We will definitely be back !

This all inclusive resort is in a very convenient location. It's on the beach and close to some upscale shopping malls. The VIP service we received is top of the notch. We stayed in The Tower. The room was nice and newly updated! I have never been so hungry on an all inclusive vacation. The buffet food was the worst we’ve ever had. Everything that should’ve been hot, was cold. On our second to last day, one of the sweet waiters asked if we wanted bacon and we of course said yes! So the last two days we at least got warm bacon! On the last night we were there, we found the sleeper restaurant! The TACO BAR!! During the day they serve meh pizza, hot dogs and burgers but in the evening, a wonderful lady does the cooking and holy moly!! It was so good! I believe they are moving this snack bar area to a new area being built between the pool and the Tower. This was our 3rd time at this resort and I don’t remember it being so bad the first two times we went there. The sweet gal in the taco bar did say they were going to be under new management soon so hopefully/maybe that will help.

Services was great, beaches were beautiful…. But there was major construction on pools and rooms causing lots of noise all day and ocean views were obstructed. only one pool was open and half the snack bars were closed. Zero notification from hotel prior to arrival and seeing the construction our selves. They also moved the live feed cam so you can not see the construction prior to arrival(see photos), that being said I would never stay at this resort again!
