We arrived in Cancun at 11am and we thought the hostel was going be closed. They were not closed and the front desk welcomed us and offered us some water after a long travel. The staff was super friendly. The place was super cute and clean. It was not right by the beach like the picture but we only stayed there one night. It is a walking distance from the ferry which was very convenient. The bed and showers were very comfortable and nice. The shower had very good pressure and it was hot water. I would recommend for a good transition spot.

Across the beach, nothing else around.

The hostel is located in a dimly lit area with nothing around. You have to walk half a mile to the nearest gas station and that's all you have at night. The taxi's available near the port charge double the fair to go downtown. If you're not a nightlife person the beach location is just for you! Otherwise, I suggest you stay at the downtown location. The hotel staff were nice but would always forget to charge me for the tours I booked so they would hound me down after I got back from the tours. The bathrooms aren't cleaned unless everyone in the hostel is checked out, even if you don't know the people in your room. If a customers leaves they only redo that customers bed and that's it. All you have at night for cover is a very thin flat sheet. And when you're in a room with strangers who like it cold, you're definitely out of luck.

Hi Eve, our beach location has a lot of dining options across the street, 2 bars inside la palapa and marbella. Puerto Juarez is a very calm area, if you like nightlife we agree you should stay at our downtown location. Taxis from the beach hostel to hotel zone cost the same from there than from our downtown location. The hostel is cleaned daily completely not only the beds and we take a lot of care in cleaning the place because is very important for us. We are sorry you didn't have the best experience.

God service

Servicen var god og det var muligt at checke ind sent om aftenen. Tæt på færgen mod Isla Mujeres.
