The elevator was broken down for 8 days the food was terrible and the property was too far from any convenience store

Apartment was as seen in the pictures. Large king size comfy bed, kitchenette, seating area, and out door balcony. Great communication with concierge and easy direction/instructions for check in and accessing the room. Cons: shower has zero water pressure and trickles out. Minimal hot water. The shower/toilet area is extremely small and tight. The cleaning is very surface and I had to sweep the floor upon arrival as the floor was covered with hair, sand, dirt. There was no soap left to clean the dishes so unable to use as they felt greasy. However, I would recommend this place as water pressure issues is expected in Mexico and the cleaning issues can be resolved easily.

Great property snd great contact person. The beach is narrow here and minimal restaurants in walking distance

The condo that they gave us when we got there was horrible, not 2 queen beds. Only one queen bed, one half sofa and one roller bed. They lied to us especially Julia and she was really rude. I will never pick this place again!

This is not a hotel, also other guests had the same confusion I did thinking it was a hotel, the air conditioner was not working and they do nothing about it, the elevator was not working and no one could help with the suits. Finding the room was almost impossible by my own I needed a video call with the host. Also people in the pool were swimming with clothes (t-shirt and short). No water neither coke or coffee in the room. The best thing was that the person who contacted me was available when I need it, so that allows me to find the room. The place was dirty and I o have photos to prove it.

We really had a bad experience. Please be aware, the pictures are not the room they offer. Don't let yourself be fooled.
