The property is in downtown Cancun so accessible. the staff here is super rigid to accommodate anything.
Any small request you make is not accommodated by the staff. The breakfast options are super limited and is very crowded unless you make an upgrade.
There is no ramp to get your stroller up while entering the hotel.
I'd avoid staying here again.

The staff were exceptional. The rooms were excellent. The hotel was excellent. The food was amazing!!!

Great place for a good price

My stay was excellent. The Staffs are great really helpful. I really like the pool area. It is very nice. Wasn’t too crowded. The hotel actually looks better in person. Rooms are nice and clean only thing the water sometimes will fluctuate from hot to cold. Check in process was really fast and check out. I can honestly say that I would return if In Cancun, the marina mall was five minutes away by car. My experience at the oasis honestly was great. I would say they could’ve had more options for breakfast.

The checking at the hotel was very long the WiFi is terrible and the room was old I very not enjoy my stay in that hotel
